All plugins developed by **LoganM Development** and aren't on SpigotMC are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on a single Minecraft server, unless otherwise stated explicitly in the plugin's description.&#x20;

All plugins are the sole property of **LoganM Development**. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.&#x20;

## Plugin Compatibility and Updates&#x20;

We make reasonable efforts to ensure our plugins are compatible with the latest Minecraft versions. However, we do not guarantee compatibility with future Minecraft updates.&#x20;

## Support and Maintenance&#x20;

We offer 24/7 support for our plugins.&#x20;

We do not provide support for issues caused by third-party plugins.&#x20;

## Refund Policy&#x20;

Refunds will be provided at our sole discretion.&#x20;

Refunds will not be granted for issues related to plugin incompatibility with third-party themes or plugins.&#x20;

## Usage and Restrictions&#x20;

You may not resell, distribute, or sublicense our plugins unless expressly permitted.&#x20;

You may not use our plugins to engage in any illegal or unethical activities.&#x20;

## Indemnification&#x20;
